Fast appointment and fast new pump install

New home and the pool was green. Dan serviced the pool, and the pool was blue as he service the pool!

The pump was running, order a new pump. The techs check the breaker was on, turn off and back to on. The pump said running. Saved over for $2,000 pump for $30 breaker. Very honesty and professional.

My pool was constantly turning green, and I finally gave up. Dan came out and turned my pool back to blue in 30 minutes. My pool has been blue ever since.

I had another service, and they told me my pool needed resurfacing. Chris arrived said most of the discoloring was removable. Spot treating applied looked good was happy. He said it would still get better. A week later it looked nearly new. Extremely happy.

My pump went bad, and next I knew the pool was green. Infinity came to replace the pump, and I had them treat the pool. The was a cloudy blue when they left, blue the next morning.

I thought my pool was leaking, and I called Infinity to service my pool and check my pool for leaking. They came serviced the pool, and found the pool equipment was leaking in a bunch of places. My prior pool service never noticed the leaks. Excellent service.

Went on vacation, came home to a green pool. They arrived quickly and treated the pool, and repaired the salt cell. Next day everything back to blue.

I couldn't get my pool heater working with my panel.I called and they were out in hours. Dan arrived and went to check my heater, in 10-15 minutes came to me and it was fixed.

Infinity fixed my green pool. One day I noticed my pool was green. I called my last pool service and got no answer, they just disappeared. I called Infinity Pool service and they arrived in few hours. They quoted for service, and was less than the prior service, there was no extra charge to remove the green algae. I checked up the progress about 30 minutes later and most of the green was gone. I was shocked at how quickly it went. The next morning all of the green was gone. They are miracle workers.

Later that day they returned, and I met them out front. We went into the pool area, and my pool was crystal clear. I was shocked, and still find it hard to believe. At the days end, they emailed a photo of the equipment repaired, a before and completed job.

I've been a customer for at least two years now and use the company both for routine pool cleaning as well as repairs. I am very satisfied with the quality of the service that I've received and Dan and his team are very enjoyable to work with. I highly recommend this company.
